Good software. some niggles about how layouts are used in different group. Support have been able to provide work arounds to ensure the system works. I've a lot more faith in numbers produced in Zero as a result and the ability to drill down to transactions

Syft makes reporting and intuitive analysis easy. It is super easy to setup and understand, it guides the user through identifying important aspects of your client's business. Favourite app yet!

Great software for analysing data in online packages. Still needs some development (i.e. more utilisation of tracking categories in the reporting areas within the system and more vs budget using Xero budgets options rather than needing to duplicate work), but I have no doubt these features will come.

User friendly and the staff are fast to reply whenever I encounter some issues.

I've just started using Syft but so far I have found it really straightforward to use and the consolidation feature is gold!! The support has been super friendly and responsive. I can see a lot of potential to provide extra value on reporting to my clients while massively reducing the time it normally takes me.
