It is one of those services that just quietly does its thing in the background, and that is exactly what you want from accounting software. For me, it is a must-have for Amazon sellers, and equally valuable for anyone selling through platforms such as eBay and Etsy. It takes away the time and headaches involved in manually reconciling financial transactions originating from these platforms and getting everything properly into Xero. Once set up, it simply gets on with the job. It saves me a considerable amount of time, removes a tedious part of the bookkeeping process, and gives me confidence that everything is being handled correctly. The support is also excellent. Responses are quick, effective and, importantly, human. On the occasions I have needed help, I have been able to get a clear answer from someone who actually understands the problem.
