Huge Functionality, great customer support

I've been looking for a suitable quoting, management, invoicing and time keeping/scheduling program for my business for about 3 years now. After trying just about every mainstream app and program out there, I've finally found what I'm looking for. JGID has huge capabilities that I haven't even fully explored yet, but after a couple of months use, I can say it fits our needs perfectly. Being locally based here in Sydney, the support crew are readily available if any questions arise. Give it a go!

Couldn't imagine our office without JGID anymore. To have all our quoting, scheduling, timesheet, invoices in the one place has massively reduced double handling and allowed us to focus more on customer service and business growth. Great software backed by an amazing support team who treat and support your business as if it were their own.

I recently moved to JGID for job management software and can honestly say it has transformed the way we do business. It has a wonderfully simple interface, which is intuitive yet powerful and integrated with Xero. There is sufficient capacity to edit parameters so JGID is mapped to your business. The client support offered by JGID during rollout has been superb. They always made themselves available for any queries and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend Nick, Andre and the team at JGID.

No other program I've worked on has thought about each of the integral processes of a business and tied them into one seamless platform. Very user friendly, would recommend to others.
