Had a few issues at first when i kept getting a sync error message, spoke with buildXACT support who were pretty helpful and turns out i was sending purchases orders to the wrong xero account, so easy fix. After that smooth sailing, i sync it daily which means i can choose when i sync it. Good way to save having to enter everything into two software systems.
I've been syncing our buildXACT account with Xero for a few months now and it's been really great so far. The best thing really is the fact that buildXACT sorts our the purchasing and invoicing and produces stage claims which then all sync with Xero for reconciliation. Highly recommend.
