Synergist is the business management system for project based organisations of between 15 and 600 users, delivering total project visibility and live business intelligence to run multiple projects simultaneously.
It has particular strengths in staff scheduling, project financials and pulling everything together into one system, from project communications of work requests to drag-and-drop scheduling and reporting, visual dashboards, alerts, billing, business pipeline management, profitability by client / project type, work in progress, revenue recognition and team utilisation.
Synergist has an intuitive browser UI, native Android / iOS apps, integration to Xero and an extensive API.

Synergist + Xero
Synergist delivers close integration with Xero, ensuring a smooth workflow. For example, transfering batches of sales invoices from Synergist to Xero is achieved in just a couple of clicks. Approved purchase invoices are also transferred in the same manner. Synergist offers a pre-flight test to ensure all transactions will be accepted by Xero prior to transfer.
It also offers transaction-level support for nominal codes as well as two Xero tracking codes e.g. Team and Job Number.
