I am so glad I moved to Pinch. My client payments are settled much faster than the other services I have used, and I receive notifications for all settlements. It was so easy to set up and integrate with Xero, and easy for the customers. I love the addition of the direct debit and other automatic payment services included. The card fees are also acceptable. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Ive used almost every payment portal over the years and this by far and away the best. Easy to use, simple to set up and our customers are happy that it's an Australian based company. Low fees, fantastic integration with Xero and the team are always happy to help and look at implementing suggested feature updates. The platform just works. No ifs, buts, ands or maybes. Its Australian Banking compliant, integrates seamlessly and both the company and customer portals are easy to use and navigate. Online payments are simple for customers to pay you and payments in are reconciled with ease. Great work. Would recommend to anyone!

I switched to Pinch from another service when they put up the fees. I particularly like being able to use either a credit card or bank account. It is really easy to set up and syncs seamlessly with Xero.

We now get paid faster and it is so much easier for our clients to pay via the Pinch payment option on our invoices and it means they often pay us either on the due date or the day the invoice is sent out... either way we get paid faster and this is good news for our business and cashflow.
