Eats365 POS + Xero
The integration works by linking your Eats365-powered restaurant directly with Xero’s accounting system. The accounting process is greatly simplified and after setup, is totally automated. A summary of Sales and Payment will be posted each day to your map accounts.
You can link multiple business locations and outlets with your Xero account so that you have a comprehensive view of your F&B operations as a whole. Detailed account mapping lets you select which account each item of your Daily Closing Report is mapped to
Merchants can log in to the Eats365 Merchant Portal to gain access to their Xero integration under the 'Integration' tab. From there, click on ‘Connect to Xero’ and then log in. Finally, click ‘Allow Access’ to complete the integration process.
Once the connection is granted, you will need to create a Xero contact for billing and setup the necessary account mappings in order for Eats365 to automatically create the invoice and payment records in Xero.
