Seamless automation and integration
Runs many facets of our business, automated printing, labeling, task management, outbound sms/email/phone connectivity and its integration with Xero is seamless, with two way communication through the api connectivity. Australian based support from business minded professionals that understand the business requirement rather than dealing with a call center.

So close but so far
Seriously dissappointing. Trys to be too much and delivers so little. Constant issues, Interface like a data base programmer put it together quickly. VERY EXPENSIVE for a product that doesnt deliver. Want 12 months upfront and onboarding fee. Only then you start realising the product is lacking. Hoped it would deliver everything I needed and now used for a number of months. Needs a number of years further development then may be good. Now looking at alternatives. Support is good when you can get it. Thats taken up to 5 days at times.

We have recently brought on Tall Emu as our CRM.
Prior to choosing Tall Emu, I spent a lot of time researching different CRM platforms, and signed up to a lot of different trials.
What first attracted me to the Tall Emu team was their responsiveness, they are easy to get a hold of and pleasant to deal with which is important to me.
Darrell and Mike helped us set up our Trial Account which we actively used, and found incredibly user friendly. Now we have the full version with no regrets :)
Daniel has been awesome in helping us to customise parts of the CRM to tailor it to our needs.
I 100% recommend Tall Emu to use as your CRM.

Mate these mob are the real deal! Aussie style CRM that works and you can get setup help from real Aussies like Dazza, Mike and Dan!
Xero was a piece of piss! Press a button or two and up comes my entire list of clients saved and able to be downloaded if I found the CRM was crap.
I call them they help, once sorted its super easy.
This is the third CRM I've tried and the only one that I haven't paid for before working out there is no help.
I'm more than happy to pay now and sent this to Mike tonight;

I’m loving the platform and sure to go ahead.
Ive already gone further than any other CRM and with phone help from Dazza and Daniel I’m starting to get a grip.
There might be lots of calls now but once taught something it sticks.
