Ninjodo + Xero

Cash is the lifeblood of your business, so getting your invoices out the door asap is crucial. Ninjodo will help you to just that.

You can create and send your Xero invoices right from inside Ninjodo. Contacts are automatically created or matched, and all your invoice info is pre populated so all you need to do is click "Create Invoice".

Ninjodo's email open tracking lets you easily see if your clients have seen your invoice. Then use the "Email Invoice" option to send a gentle reminder if needed.

Invoices are then synced to reflect any changes such as changes to amounts, due dates, progress payments, and voiding.

Speakers Ink is a speakers' agency that organises bookings of authors, poets, illustrators and other performers for schools, libraries, and many other events. Ninjodo is a key system in the operation of our business. An important aspect of selecting Ninjodo as the right system for us was the very strong integration with Xero. Our business has a lot of invoicing transactions. These are generated in Ninjodo and automatically transferred into Xero reducing manual entry and eliminating possible entry errors. One of the features we like is the automatic updating of contact details in Xero from Ninjodo when new clients are to be invoiced. This saves time. Recently, an update to Ninjodo has established a specific invoice email template linked to Xero that has eliminated one whole step in our booking process, reducing the time to process each booking by several minutes. The overall ease of use of the integration has been a real plus for us. The people at Ninjodo are also very attentive if there is ever any issue. Moving forward if the integration between Ninjodo and Xero could also fully integrate the expenses/bill side as well as the income/invoice side that would provide significantly more time saving efficiencies. We have kept our eyes on the competitors to Ninjodo and no other platform provides the same level of integration needed for our business.
