i would highly recomment Amaka, Intergrating our new Square software into Xero, Amaka have been fabulous very quick responses and superb customer support even calling me from Australia to check our issues were resolved, others should take note this is how it should be done well done guys!

I used Amaka to sync my Shopify invoices into Xero, and honestly, it’s been nothing but problems from day one. The syncing is unreliable. There are constant issues, and instead of saving time, it’s created more work. I’ve had invoices duplicated multiple times, which means I’m now manually going through everything to clean it up. That completely defeats the point of using a tool like this. Customer support is just as frustrating. They’re extremely difficult to get hold of, and when you finally do, you’re booking a call a week in advance for a 30-minute slot. For a paid service that’s supposed to streamline your accounting, that level of support is unacceptable. What’s most frustrating is the time it’s cost me. I would have been better off hiring a bookkeeper to do this properly from the start rather than dealing with the constant errors and manual fixes this app has created. Overall, a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this to anyone serious about running a smooth accounting setup.
