Great Technical Support

I've been using the WorkflowMax API version 2 to run custom reporting and automation and it's been excellent to use. Had a small issue arise from a change but WFM tech support helped me out super-fast. I am impressed.

We have been using WorkflowMax for about 12 months now and it has made a huge difference to how we run our projects and manage our work. It is a really well designed piece of software that has genuinely made day to day operations much easier. One of the biggest benefits for us is how well it integrates with Xero. The connection between the two systems works really smoothly and makes managing quotes, jobs and invoicing far more efficient. Being able to move information straight through to Xero saves time and reduces the risk of errors. The support has also been excellent. David in particular has been brilliant in helping us get everything set up and is always quick to assist whenever we have questions or run into any issues. Overall, a great system backed up by great support. Highly recommended.

We mainly use the software for time and general project monitoring and everything seems to be running smoothly. Any initial glitches have now been resolved. We also appreciate the support received from your customer service especially in the initial stages.

Having carried over from the previous version of WorkflowMAX, I'm happy to say that the software seems to be working well for what we use it for (timesheet input and monitoring to a broader internal resource management system). So I'm happy with what I've got and that everything seems to be stabilised now.
