Perfect integration for Ezidebit <> Xero

We started using uCollect to automate invoice reconciliation between direct debits in Ezidebit and Xero, a time-consuming, manual task that was really prone to human error. The setup was relatively easy (a few hitches with Ezidebit giving the correct information and a few things I didn't understand in the uCollect setup) and the support and guidance whilst getting up and running was excellent. Works perfectly, interface is great for customers, has all the customisation options we require and I feel like the uCollect team are always there to support any issues (not that we have experienced any since getting fully setup).

Refunded a trial that I forgot to cancel

I subscribed for the trial and forgot to cancel my subscription...out of a good will gesture they refunded it for me. The product was not suited to what I wanted and I would probably never need it again however I thought the fact they refunded this to me knowing this shows an element of care and customer focus that alot of companies don't have. Please support this company if you need their service.

So I have to pay a monthly fee to use uCollect to be able to integrate Ezidebit with Xero as well as paying the fees to use EziDebit? Not much left for my business after paying all these fees.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
