The document-collection layer my Xero practice was missing
As an Australian accountant, Content Snare sits perfectly in front of Xero. It's how I collect everything I need before it hits the ledger — onboarding new clients, ITR and FBT questionnaires, ATO client-agent linking, source documents and IDs. The automated reminders chase clients for me so requests come back complete instead of me sending "just following up" emails all week.
Two standouts for an accounting workflow: it's a secure portal so clients upload TFNs, bank statements and ID into one place instead of emailing sensitive files (a real plus for AML and privacy); and the completed, timestamped responses drop straight into my workpapers as evidence which makes preparing and reviewing a file much faster. They've also recently opened up an API. I now connect it to Claude (MCP) to manage requests and pull documents automatically which has been a genuine time-saver for an AI-first practice like mine. Highly recommended for any accounting or bookkeeping firm tired of chasing paperwork.

Great questionnaire tool
This has been the best questionnaire tool we've used in our 16 years of operating. Great for onboarding, ID checks, BAS/tax time questionnaires, and even gathering consignment product information for our other business!

We use Content Snare across both our accounting and wealth teams at LINK and it's made client document collection genuinely painless. Onboarding, tax docs, workpapers, AML verification — all the stuff that used to live as half-finished email threads now runs as structured requests clients work through at their own pace. The automated reminders do the chasing so our team doesn't have to, and the security side gives us real comfort given how much sensitive client information we collect. It just removes friction from a job everyone in our industry dreads. Highly recommend it to any professional services firm.

Streamlining Client Workflows with Content Snare
Overall, Content Snare has been a really positive addition to our systems. Before using it, we were relying on email threads and editable documents, which often led to missed information, delays, and a lack of clarity across the team.
Now, everything is centralised, structured, and easy to track. It’s helped streamline our internal workflows, reduce stress for the team, and create a much clearer, more guided experience for clients.
It’s one of those tools that seems simple on the surface, but actually has a big impact on efficiency, consistency, and client experience over time.
