We have been using Approval Max for the past 2-3 years and have found it extremely helpful in automating our PO processes. The set up of the system is straight forward, amendments to workflows & users is extremely user friendly as well as the batch payment features. We enjoy using the platform and it regularly has new advancements which increase our efficiency and streamlines what was once a very drawn out long winded process. I would definitely recommend the system.

ApprovalMax was very straightforward to set up, and is pretty intuitive once in. It's been great to have automated approval flows, and data sync has meant it is almost seamless from raising bills in Xero or POs in AM to seeing them in the other platform. Reporting needs to be worked on (currently it's simply a full list of acitons taken/documents) but otherwise no issues following 2 months of regular use. Looking forward to expanding across other workstreams.
