We provide financial reporting, budgets/forecasts and cashflow analysis to clients at home in the UK and abroad. Over the last six years I have subscribed to and tested many of the reporting software apps recommended by Xero. I found Calxa to be the best for my clients. The support is excellent, far beyond what I expected. This has significantly helped integrate Calxa into the business. There are many useful features in particular, the import and export functionality for budgeting/forecasting and the consolidation tool for multiple companies are excellent. I like the way Calxa allows you to take control of the detail for things like the nominal code structure, KPI’s and financial formula. Like many apps it takes time to fully understand all the features to get the best out of the software, but for my business it was the right decision to move to Calxa.

We have looked at many alternatives (incl Calxa maybe a couple of years ago) to get what we hoped existed and we found it in Calxa! We wanted to be able to create budgets at the 'enterprise' level to build up to an overall company. Simple request we thought given Xero's rather poor budget manager tool! Calxa is a game changer for us with how easily you budgets can be created from scratch, from prior budgets or even actuals. All information can be sliced and diced exactly as you want with your own accounting trees and business trees. Scenarios can be added in easily. Many standard reports exist or they can be tailored to whatever you need. Add in cashflow as well and you have pretty fantastic product with lots of help when you need it.

Calxa has transformed our monthly reporting, ensuring it is delivered on time. The Budget Manager feature also deserves special recognition for its efficiency.

Simple and easy to use and set up. Customer service is great - always quick to respond. I have been impressed with how the system has evolved over time and continues to evolve.
