Fantastic software, integrates with Xero very well, makes invoicing easy and gives us the confidence that we are pricing jobs correctly, as we can see how many hours are being spent on them, and exactly which costs will be incurred.

The most complete app for a design agency

It works so well for us and does everything we need. It also integrates seamlessly with Xero.

Meets our needs and always improving

We are a small business that used the original WFM and transitioned to the BlueRock version. Notwithstanding some challenges in the initial rollout we are happy with the current functionality that meets our basic business needs and provides a platform for us to scale. What get's an extra star for us is the ongoing investment with continuous improvement with the product.

Great app for our business

WorkflowMax has been a great choice for our business. It integrates very well with Xero and it's great seeing new updates and improvements all of the time. We're looking forward to seeing how the new job scheduling function can also help our team!

Excellent Product & Service

I have been a WorkflowMax user for over 15 years and have utilised in a number of different organisations where a workflow, project management and/or timesheet solution is required. I love that it can be adapted for a wide range of use cases, and it is easy for teams to pick up and use productively. Highly recommend this product for any business who needs to manage time & resources.

Constantly failing

After very painful months of getting it running, WFM still does not work correctly; when a bug is fixed, it generates other errors. Reports are not reliable, so we have to do double work. They know about all the issues; BlueRock can't fix them. Errors that happened when first launched had to be manually corrected, and some cannot be corrected, therefore, the data is permanently incorrect in the system. We cannot wait for the company to find a different system to get out of it
