This was ridiculously easy to use, even for someone like me that wasn't feeling all that tech savvy. I have to wrap up XERO entity/ business and need to keep copies of all the receipts for the next 7 years. This program ran overnight for me and BINGO all 3000 receipts have been saved in back up folder. I'm super impressed how easy it was to use and now the ATO will be happy and my accountant should I ever need any of my past paperwork. Highly recommend.

Numerint has proven to be an exceptional tool for data extraction from Xero, delivering complete and accurate results consistently. Even amidst the complex process of migrating to other systems, Numerint has efficiently managed the extraction for over 15 entities, handling hundreds of thousands of exports over several years with remarkable competence. The customer service team (James) deserves special recognition for their outstanding support. He has been incredibly helpful and reliable, responding promptly to all inquiries and ensuring a smooth process throughout. His dedication and responsiveness have instilled a great deal of confidence, particularly when working under tight deadlines. Overall, Numerint's performance and customer service are highly commendable.

We were moving from Xero to Quickbooks and with 7 years worth of data in Xero it was a painful process to download all the attachments and categorise it. Luckily we came across Numerint. It was a breeze extracting all the attachments with dates and a ton of other details to refer back to. Plus the customer support was top notch. Highly recommended.

When we transferred from Sole Trader to a Limited business, we were worried that we would lose all the receipts and supplier invoices we had spent so long attaching to Xero, but with Numerint, we downloaded them into one file in the click of the button. Life saver!

As we are winding up the Xero account we wanted a full copy of the transactions in Xero for archive. Xero is pretty limited in this and Numerint provides the missing tool to extract everything in a readable format. It is still work in progress but delivers what it describes. It is not cheap but compared to the cost of an accountants time is reasonable. If, like us, you moved to wholly digital accounting this may be the only current solution to getting an archival hard copy.
