Job costing tool

In the past we had deployed a number of independent spreadsheets to track contract sales and costs, we knew that we needed a piece of software that integrated with our accounting software to track this effectively and have one source of data that flowed through to published accounts. All of the tools we looked at were overly complex and deployed an onerous level of control that hindered our ability to react quickly and effectively to the volatile and unpredictable economy and market place that we operate in. WorkflowMax solved this issue for us, we do not implement the timesheets module as we sub-contract all of our work. The job cost modules allows to import all our outputs and associated costs on a weekly basis, issue purchase orders and receipt bills through to Xero accounting with ease in a timely manner that works for us and suppliers extremely well. The reporting module allows you to build custom reports to suit your requirements and export to CSV files if you need to deep dive analysis. The software is good value for money, easy to deploy and administer. The support offered by Bluerock is great and there are UK partners you could recruit to guide you through processes or help with set-up if needed. Thoroughly recommend this product

Great platform

We've been really impressed with WFM. The support team is consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us get the most out of the platform. Whether it's guidance or proactive updates, their assistance has been brilliant. Equally impressive is the development side—new features are thoughtfully designed and clearly driven by customer needs. Overall a good platform

WFM has some quirks and things are not always the most intuitive, there are some limitations for basic things that a business may need which usually require some work arounds to make it work the way you intend to, but no major dealbreakers. On the other hand, the support team is superb, always helpful friendly and ready to assist, so just on the level of support on offer alone, I think it's worth using the platform.

WFM has really changed how we manage our workflow as a company. It has streamlined our functions from Quote to Job and invoicing making everything available in one place and linked together. We are able to accurately record hours worked on a job and see the job progress in real time. The reports and custom fields have helped us analysis areas and identify where we can improve. WFM is continuing being updated and improved and the support is prompt. It is a user friendly software to use and if already a xero user you will pick it up really easily.

Good to be back on WFM

Good to be back on the new WFM, some great functions still available from before it was build back up again, with the new additional tools, reporting etc. Having used another similar software, i can tell you this is a million times better not to mention the support we had along the way. There are still some niggly bits, but it's getting there. It works amazing for our business. Simple, logical and clear.

Upgrading from prior 3 star review. Still some frustrations, but overall working really well and trending in the right direction.
