Compared to no system MRPeasy is a great addition to any warehousing/ certian manufacturing business. We are a small business with only 4 people but a large number of Automatic machines that require limited labour. There are things that we noticed as shortfalls such as being able to print Carton Labels for manufacturing orders and the ability to customize labels. The lack of a built in mail server to send PO's has also been an issue for us as a Google Mail user. The inablity to send these to more than one address is also not ideal. We also struggle with the co/by product use case with some of our machines outputing multiple components but they can't be planned into a single manufacturing order, they can be receipted to a single order once completed though. Don't get me wrong it is a great system that we use every day and is much simpler to use than SAP and other large ERP systems.

We've been using MRPeasy for a little over 8 months and coming from a paper based system for MRP and production scheduling, it has taken our manufacturing business to the next level. The work flows are easy to follow and we can track the status of any job live in the system. We've got a number of our customers now using the Customer Portal so orders appear instantly in MRPeasy. From there, we can confirm dates, schedule manufacturing orders, place PO's on suppliers complete operations including sub-contract work, generate barcoded labels, ship the product and generate the invoices upon completion. Our customers have been very impressed with the way they now interact with our business from order entry, receiving order confirmations, tracking progress and receiving clearly labelled product. We've also noticed a dramatic improvement to our lead times through visibility into the process. I've used big ERP's before including Epicor which works similarly to SAP and I was surprised that MRPeasy has many of the same features but with a modern interface. The ticket system for support works well and I get responses within a day. The customer service team is great and we've had direct support through emails with Tarvo at times too which leaves you feeling confident that questions get answered. My only issue with MRPeasy is to do with the way the users are structured. If you need access to higher level features, but your production staff only need access to the Kiosk to report quantities, you still pay the same for every user in the system according to the tier you've selected. Bottom line, I'm extremely impressed with the system and for the price, it's a no brainer for anyone who's looking for a professional level application to give them control, visibility and traceability in their production line.

We've been using MRPeasy for several years, and it has come the closest to meeting our needs as a custom lighting manufacturer. We're now also using it for our new lighting range, Transmitt, and it's working really well for that too. While I do wish we had a bit more control over certain integration aspects, overall it has been a huge time-saver for us.

Using MRPeasy has been brilliant for our business. It has allowed us to easily control stock, raise quotes quickly, and plan our manufacturing processes. It integrates with Xero well, bringing across customers, invoices, and purchase orders... and more! Definitely worth the investment.

Working with MRPEasy has been a seamless pleasure and integration, our team now works more efficiently while decluttering from other systems. Bill payments are now better tracked as well. Amazing product!

Transformed my welding & fabrication business. It's brought quote times right down and I can see an accurate breakdown of costs and profit on each job now. The tech support seems decent. We don't use the full functionality as we are still very small so I imagine it will be even more powerful in future.
