Easy to Integrate

The API works really well for integrations and reporting. Very easy to use and very reliable.

Easy Purchase Order and Invoice Approvals

We onboarded Zahara in 2020 and haven't looked back since. Its allows easy control of our purchase order and invoice approval processes. As a contractor we work on numerous projects each month and Zahara gives us control of budget spend, senior staff approval for large purchases and an easy to use Mobile App for on site PO creation and approvals. Dispute resolution on supplier invoices is also dealt with through Zahara and this allows us to keep track of all of our disputed invoices, in a weekly report. It intergrates well with Xero and has allowed us to create project specific profit and loss accounts. Zahara has changed the way we discuss project financials and made our operations and project management staff more aware of costs and spending habits.

We've been with Zahara from Day 1 and we love it. Its perfect for departments seeing their live spend & budgets as well as ensuring spend gains the correct authorities using zaharas workflows. We've also seen Zahara continuously improving over the years which has enabled us to continue using whilst we've also gone through huge year on year growth. The IT Support is also quick to action and has fixed every issue we've ever had with zahara.

We love Zahara at 4D Pharma! It is simple and easy to use by all departments and at all management levels whilst ensuring the company is compliant with financial controls. It is perfect for purchase order and invoice management and is valued by managers because they have greater visibility of their department's spend. Invoices are easily matched with POs and exported to Xero via a Xero link which is an absolute dream (no more CSV files to map and import). Authorisation couldn't be easier - with all the details you need to authorise a purchase order or invoice sent to you via email. If you are a Xero user this bit of software is nothing less than brilliant and feels like just an extension of Xero. The guys at Click2Scan have also been brilliant and have always been available when we have needed support. Thanks again to all the Click2scan team. Sharon
