Buildern is a complete construction project management and takeoff software built to streamline every aspect of a construction business. It offers powerful modules for estimating, digital takeoff, scheduling, project management, and job site operations, providing teams with full control from pre-construction to closeout. Buildern also integrates directly with Xero, enabling two-way sync of bills, invoices, cost codes, and contacts for accurate, real-time financial tracking and better coordination between field and office.
Buildern + Xero
Construction companies connect their Buildern account with Xero to ensure smooth and accurate financial management across both systems. After syncing projects and cost codes with Xero’s Products and services and aligning contacts between platforms, users can create bills and invoices directly in Buildern. These documents are automatically pushed to Xero. If any updates are made in Xero, Buildern reflects those changes in real time to keep records aligned.
Getting started
Sign in to your Buildern account using your Xero. Visit "Accounting integration" page to configure your Xero integration settings. Sync your "Cost codes" with Xero "Products and Services", sync your Buildern"Projects" with Xero "Customers" , sync Buildern "Subs and vendors" with Xero "Suppliers". After that when you create Bill or Invoice you have option to send it to Xero, every time you update in Buildern it will update also in Xero and when you update in Xero it will also update automatically in Buildern.
