Great plug in to Xero for workflow approvals
Great for PO & Invoice approval workflows, sync to Xero is solid. Can heavily customise workflows, AI features being rolled out help identfy outliers in transactions, Batch approval process is useful. I settled on this solution and very happy with it for a team of 15ppl and growing.

Quick and easy
My organisation, which is spread across Australasia, has found ApprovalMax quick and easy to use, to ensure that our processes to approve and manage invoicing occurs. It integrates seamlessly with our Xero processes, to enable quick processing of payments.
