User friendly

Raised a ticket this morning and was amazed at the speed of resolution. Normally companies give you a holding reply " we will check and let you know" . But Kyle from Joiin reverted saying what the problem was, went on to explain it, and told me he had already spoken to his product team and resolved it. Clear and efficient communication.
