Manual to automated expenses

Managing company expenses manually used to be a tedious task, but ExpenseOnDemand has completely transformed the process for us! Our employees love how simple it is to submit their expenses now. They can just scan their receipts and submit them directly through the app, making the reimbursement process seamless. Since we use Xero for accounting, the real-time syncing between ExpenseOnDemand and Xero has saved us a significant amount of time. At month-end, our finance team can easily review and process expenses without any additional hassle. Transitioning from manual expense management to automation has been surprisingly smooth, thanks to their helpful guided videos!

Great Choice for Our Team!

ExpenseOnDemand has been a fantastic choice for us! It’s super easy to use and works great with Xero. Setting it up was simple, and it’s made things much easier for our Finance team. One of our favourite features is that all 350 of our employees are automatically connected in the system—it saves us so much time! Managing expenses, approving them, and sending them to Xero is all straightforward and quick. ExpenseOnDemand has really streamlined our work and saved us time. Thanks for making things so much easier for us

Great expense platform with a Support Team who listen to you

We’ve been impressed with how seamless the integration between ExpenseOnDemand and Xero has been over the past year. The team at ExpenseOnDemand has used our feedback to make the setup even more user-friendly, including exporting receipts with expenses and automatically importing credit card transactions. This has simplified our monthly tasks, and we’re confident we’ll continue using both systems long-term.

Automate Your Credit Card Process Effortlessly with ExpenseOnDemand

We have been using ExpenseOnDemand for the past three months. We asked them to add a feature for automatic credit card transaction import, and they did it in two months - thank you ExpenseOnDemand. Now, transactions are imported in seconds using the automated bank feed, and receipts are matched automatically to each transaction, saving us a lot of time. This feature makes ExpenseOnDemand a great choice for users looking for automation.

ExpenseOnDemand - a powerful tool that works seamlessly with Xero.

For us, ExpenseOnDemand easily syncs employee records, expense categories, and receipts, making our workflow much simpler. Real-time data transfer to Xero helps us run monthly batch payments quickly and efficiently. Its ability to handle multiple companies lets us manage expenses across all our businesses without hassle. What I appreciate most is how customisable it is to fit specific needs, and how easy it is to use on both web and mobile. Plus, you can add features to your subscription over time, which makes it flexible for your needs.
