Time saving
Synder has made it simple to sync my eBay sales and website sales to Xero. Breaking down payments between either Stripe or PayPal it has made for easier insights into fees and income. My only issue is the tax rates do need seems to sync as I require them. I do still have to manually check the invoices that they are correct. Otherwise it's a great system.

Synder & eBay Missing Transactions
I had a Zoom Meeting with George Bylin today. For some reason, eBay and Synder integration broke down, and data from eBay was missing. George took the time to understand my concerns patiently. George went through all the checks step by step to make sure our integration was correct, and there were no issues.
Once that was established, George showed me how to sync the missing transactions and stayed online will Sync started working.
Really impressed with the great support given by George, and I wish him all the best.

Simple and effective
Thoroughly satisfied with this app so far. It completely simplifies my bookkeeping. Seems to be reliable so far in importing all of my Shopify and Paypal sales (multiple currencies). Am yet to delve deep into all of the functionality it can offer but so far so good. Customer service is very responsive and helpful.

Getting Started
We have paid to upgrade and take on the account but hadn't realised that asking for historic data would cause syncing availability to be exhausted. Other than that it has been a useful trial

We’d like to confirm that historical transactions should be covered by your plan balance in order for you to synchronize them (as said on our pricing page). Any user can purchase additional syncs to their plan balance to sync any number of historical transactions.
However, there are different ways you can go about syncing your history. That’s why we provide an in-app support chat on a trial so that our team could advise each client on the best way to move on ensuring you make the most out of Synder!

Excellent Support from Vita
Vita was great help during my trial period. She patiently went through every step for a multiple store setup using both payment gateways and PO's.

Don't buy this app!!!
My experience with Synder was terrible.
I did the trial, and connected my WooCommerce site with PayPal and Stripe. However I didn't realise the massive cost of this. So I opted to go for the basic option and connect just my WooCommerce site to my Xero account. I paid for this Basic option.
I then struggled to make this work. I raised an issue with Synder. They initially said it will work and asked me to take screenshots of different pages.
After a few days of it not working, the person helping said that Synder would not sync just WooCommerce transactions to Xero without PayPal or Stripe or a pay gateway of some kind.
So what I ask is the point on just allowing a single connection to Synder and allowing me to pay.
What a rip off.
