Excellent Solution for our Customer Onboarding

With such a highly customisable platform in a complex industry we need to collect a lot of information from our clients to onboard them, and the information required varies heavily from client to client. In order to streamline our information collection we turned to Content Snare. Content Snare is incredibly easy to set up, even when applying multiple steps of conditional logic to individual questions (which helps us address the varied info we need to collect). The UI/UX is awesome, allows for easy interaction with customers, and the options for information export provide us with a number of development/integration opportunities. Customer service has been responsive and super helpful, too. It's refreshing to not have to jump through endless hoops to receive help from a real person.

The Game Changer for Admin Soldiers

Content Snare is one of the best products out there right now. You can easily develop a form based on the needs of your business. If your business needs accuracy of information, easy communication, and a handy tool to interact with clients, then Content Snare is going to be a perfect fit for that.

Great product and responsive team

We use this for gathering information from our clients, identity checks and ATO client-agent linking. Their team are great to deal with too
