I’ve been a Syft user for several years. Recently the platform became extremely slow. Processing data takes ages, reports can’t be downloaded, and even changing views takes minutes. According to the Syft team this is due to the amount of data, but we only consolidate 5 entities and we’re a consulting firm, so the number of transactions is limited. We’ve now been stuck for weeks with no workaround and no timeline for a fix, which means we cannot produce our financial reports. Very disappointing for a tool that worked very well just a year ago. No commercial gesture has been offered either...

I previously have prepared all our groups accounts using MS word and I thought this app would seamlessly pull my xero GL's into statutory accounts. Although the underlying GL's were imported into Syft, the preperaion of annual statutory IFRS accounts in Syft is not up to standard. Having tried and invested time to get the app to work, I have had to now revert to preparing accounts in word.
