Why make it so hard?!

The integration page is hard to find, no option to create a new supplier in Soldo so the payee name 'Soldo' gets sent across, slow to choose the integration fields, not intuitive layout, exporting the transactions should be from each transaction, the transaction info exports into the Xero reference and description fields meaning duplication of long meaningless data on you Xero transaction, no prompt for users to attach an image to a transaction, no reply to my raising the above points. Whilt there is an integration it is not a good one I'm afraid.

Soldo and Xero

The team find it easy to upload receipts when they are out and about and this move across to xero. Sometimes the if there are multiple lines for different tax amounts they don't always transfer across.

Excellent integration

We chose Soldo specifically because it has Xero integration. We were not disappointed. It is well integrated and works smoothly.

Xero integration

Cards work great. No complaints from all our users. Downfall on integration is that you can only use p&l codes, no balance sheet codes are synced with Xero. We use some control accounts for certain expenditure so manual editing in Xero is needed for some transactions.

Soldo

The card is used by one of our managers who has to purchase regularly. Xero interface generally works very well, would have been 5 stars except transactions take a couple of days to feed into Xero and on rare occasions Soldo transactions have been missing in Xero, this can be resolved manually.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
