We are very sorry that you were dissatisfied with the integration and feel that you were cleaning things up often. We did reach out with many suggestions to fix basic setup issues, and requesting more information to aid in our diagnostics, but unfortunately we seldom heard back from your team. We know that our team  went above and beyond at every touch point, dealing with different members of your team, as well as spent hours of free repeated training and onboarding sessions. Although that clearly wasn’t enough in this situation, we’re proud of the work we’ve put in and are sorry that you won’t be continuing your journey with HR Partner.
