There was a lot of promise during the demo but in reality we had to keep mapping the same invoice every single time for months. Also, does not read multiple line invoices. Did not really save any time. Staff frustrated with the experience. Contacted the support - requested bot to speak to advisor. No one called back. There is no free trial so end up spending money to just try a product that is not ready.
