Impressed with ApprovalMax
Very impressed with ApprovalMax so far. Easy to set up, integrates well with Xero, saves a significant amount of administrative time and provides much better visibility and control over spending. It's one of the few business systems we've introduced that has genuinely paid for itself in a short space of time.

The Best Approval Workflow Companion for Xero
ApprovalMax is an excellent addition to Xero. It's easy to use, highly intuitive, and integrates seamlessly with Xero. It fills one of the biggest gaps in Xero by providing a robust approval workflow, making the purchasing and bill approval process much more efficient and well-controlled. Highly recommended for any business that needs stronger internal controls and approval processes.
