Had an issue, caused on my end. The support was fantastic. A guy called Nick sorted it in moments. Down to earth and fast help when needed. It was a bit of a surprise in this day and age to be honest so hats off to him and the team!

Nick has been great in helping set this up. Moved from Sage Desktop to Xero and now use Xelation to download draft invoices into Xero from Woocommerce - brilliantly customer is happy!

This is a really neat plugin that hides in the background and just works - we use it to sync inventory between Xero and Woocommmerce and also to automatically generate draft invoices in Xero for all orders on our wholesale woocommerce shop. It works really well and the one or two times something has seemed amiss, the support is AMAZING and it has been fixed within minutes! Lightning fast response, and super helpful and friendly. Makes all the difference. Definitely recommended and I now use this plugin with all my woocommerce clients who want to sync with Xero.

The program was easy to set up, I had a couple of queries on it and all my questions were answered quickly and dealt with completely. Having this in place has been a revelation, and has removed some of the boring, repetitive work we used to have to do. I think we've only really scratched the surface of what Xelation can do; now we're settled in with it we'll certainly be exploring more!

There's been a fairly in-depth exchange with Nick to get this set up correctly across all my websites. Nick has been patient, responded well and quickly, helped solve any integration or setup issues experienced and has made swapping from another plugin to this plugin well worth the time. I am really impressed with the customer service. The plugin is also working very well after some tweaking to the setup. 100% recommend.
