Great customer service
I've been using Fathom for 6 months and I would like to highlight the quality of their customer support. Specific and helpful replies within minutes of sending any query, done by actual people instead of mindless bots. Kudos to Ana! Let's keep going!

Simple and direct to the point

Great solution
This is a great solution for reporting that easily links to Xero and is able to bring through non-financial information and calculate KPI's etc. Very intuitive and easy to learn. Plus support is excellent.
