No support or response for urgent issue(Sorry, something is wrong with that link)
This has been a very good app but when error messages telling you to contact them show up their is no actual way to reach a person over the phone. We have been getting "Pay Now
Sorry, something is wrong with that link. Please try again or contact us directly." message for a long time and has the potential to hurt our busssiess. No status page either. I'm willing to revise my review because everything else has worked good but not being contacted is a huge issue.

Perfect integration for Ezidebit <> Xero
We started using uCollect to automate invoice reconciliation between direct debits in Ezidebit and Xero, a time-consuming, manual task that was really prone to human error.
The setup was relatively easy (a few hitches with Ezidebit giving the correct information and a few things I didn't understand in the uCollect setup) and the support and guidance whilst getting up and running was excellent.
Works perfectly, interface is great for customers, has all the customisation options we require and I feel like the uCollect team are always there to support any issues (not that we have experienced any since getting fully setup).
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
