George was extremely helpful and walked me through the entire setup from start to finish. We tested transactions to ensure they were coded correctly within our accounting system. We work with multiple selling regions and multi-currencies and George was knowledgeable on all required Xero settings. The process was very Smooth. Thank you George and Synder!

Stripe & GoCardless integration

What a difference this has made! Synder has automated a huge part of our sales ledger and Stripe reconciliation. The support team (James in particular) have been amazing with the GoCardless set up too and have offered a solution that should make that integration as seamless as Stripe. I would definitely recommend this.

Square

Synder is regrettably still not pulling through all my Square transactions, sitting on week 3 of troubleshooting.

Dear Paul, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our records indicate we are still receiving information from Square that some of your transactions have the Open status. Note that for successful synchronization the Completed status is required. As a result, not all of your transactions can be synced to the books. We are contacting Square support to verify the reason for the incorrect status of your transactions and we will add your email to that thread to keep you informed about the process. We value your business and hope this situation will be resolved swiftly.
