Just be careful with this - the Trial period is limited to basic functions. To get access to all functions you have to pay for a month. I paid for a month so that I could evaluate the software properly, and found that the dashboard is not working for my business - ie. it does not display any data points or scales on the graphs, and PDF exports just aren't suitable. Support have refused a refund as I should have used a trial period to evaluate the software - even though you can't access the most important functions in the trial. Either fix the trial so it is a real trial, or be prepared to issue refunds.

Reports look professional and can be edited as needed. Saves a lot of time. Can recommend!

Really strong start. Started the free trial at the start of January and have gone onto pay monthly to continue the trial. Lots of utility and visuals which I feel like we are only starting to scratch the surface with. The helpdesk is very responsive and helpful, and are willing to jump on a call to help out at the drop of a hat. The Excel plugin is really useful but I think could be developed further into a powerpivot type functionality for the transactions, as you can only filter by entity and month so it's pretty all or nothing if you just want a snapshot of the transactions that went through a certain GL. Departmental reporting is also possible but has to be set up manually using the build function. Very doable and similar to doing this type of thing in Excel or other reporting, there is the initial pain of setup and then it's easier to maintain. I think there's scope to make this easier though for us as a user to set-up though. Overall very happy with the product so far and excited to rollout to the business.

Looking at Syft Reports are far easier than navigating reports that have simply been created in Excel. The best feature of Syft is the rolling period reporting, which updates the information in your report according to your prefrences. Really happy with Syft
