Great product so far, a big step up from previous project management software, and especially like the ability to extract information from the database via SQL to create some in-house reports and dashboards. Excellent customer support!

Timesheets and a whole lot more

I had grown my business from 1-5 employees using Clockify for timesheets, but found it lacked the financial analysis needed to grow my business further. Projectworks has allowed us to keep track of works in progress, assign different user permissions for handling financial reporting and invoicing. We've found the forecasting and resourcing tools are also very useful and it is easy to use. We have now been able to double the size of our team using Projectworks.

A giant leap forward for our business systems

We're a professional services consultancy with four NZ-based entities. We are enjoying Projectworks and found the transition from WFM very smooth. Being able to have four entities in the one PW linked to four separate Xero businesses helps to simplify processes like intercompany subcontracting. We’re seeing the benefits already with our monthly invoicing, and people just prefer using it! There is potential to see more benefits as we get deeper into some of the resourcing and forecasting functionality too. The integration with Xero and 12d Synergy is key to simplifying our admin processes. Projectworks is a great product. We’ve been impressed with the responsiveness from the support email too.

Great switch from WFM for an SME consultancy with multiple entities

We used WFM for many years before Xero inexplicably retired it. One of the drawcards for us was the ability to house multiple organisations within the one interface. As a SME consulting firm operating in several countries, this amalgamation provided us with much greater business visibility as well as a streamlined intercompany billing process.The Projectworks offering also tied in several niggling company processes that were previously housed in other systems (e.g. leave applications, expense records etc). Couldn't recommend it more.

Free trial not available without sales contact

Tried to start a free trial but you are directed to input details and book a demo/sales pitch, this means waiting up to a week for appointment availability and delaying our business progression.

It Works !

Having used many project management tools across the years, I'm very happy to have landed on ProjectWorks. The tool is simple, intuitive and easy to use, while it lacks some advanced reporting that can easily be done in external tools. I'd recommend it for medium sized businesses especially those that have grown fast and maybe outstripped their current toolset.
