We've recently integrated A2X with Shopify and Xero for our business and it's made our accounting much more accurate and streamlined. The support has been excellent too. Robert was incredibly patient helping us work through a more complex manual payment clearing setup, explaining everything clearly until we had it working perfectly. Great software backed up by great customer service. Highly recommended.

I've been a user of A2X for about a year now and previously just used the Shopify to Xero integration. I recently decided to make the upgrade to also have the PayPal to Xero integration set up, to cut down on manual end of month reconciliation across multiple currencies with the FX variances between PP & Shopify being a bit painful. I had my complimentary 1 hour onboarding meeting with Nicole from A2X and the experience was 11/10. Super friendly, helpful and patient (actually put in the time to teach and help me understand instead of rushing through things, whilst still making the most of the time), achieved all the set up I needed and I've just been finalising the implementation and so far I'm very impressed. All her explanations were incredibly clear and instead of an awkward onboarding meeting it felt like chatting with an old friend (not your average onboarding experience). The software is also very dynamic to adapt to new scenarios and truly does make it so much easier on the end user. Thanks so much Nicole - I really appreciate it.

A2X has been very helpful in streamlining Shopify to Xero integration workflows for clients. It makes sales, fees, payouts, and clearing account reconciliation much easier to manage compared with manual processing. The app is also flexible enough to handle different payment gateways and mapping requirements, which is important when working across different client setups. Their support team has been responsive whenever we need assistance with errors, mapping questions, or setup clarification. Overall, A2X is a reliable integration tool and a great option for improving the accuracy and efficiency of ecommerce bookkeeping workflows.
