The Xero to EngageBay integration ensures that your Xero contacts are available in the EngageBay CRM for all your inbound sales processes, and keeps them notified and updated in case of any changes in Xero.

EngageBay CRM + Xero
We use the email address as a reference on your Xero Contact to create a new or update an existing contact within EngageBay. Once this basic integration has completed, any change to your contacts in Xero will be reflected in the EngageBay CRM automatically, now including the primary contact phone number and whether the contact is a customer or a vendor. It will pull all the invoices from your Xero account and will show them in EngageBay and also, you will have a provision to create invoice option from EngageBay.
A set of default mappings ensure that the information contained within your Xero contacts is set to the correct place in EngageBay.
Getting started
- You should have a Xero account
- You should have a EngageBay subscription. EngageBay supports with Free subscription too.
- You can login with using your EngageBay account credentials and navigate to Gadgets section to connect your Xero account with EngageBay or you can connect from Xero App Marketplace and connect your EngageBay account with your Xero account.
