No money yet

Set up this payment system through Xero Mobile app. Ran a test payment. The money was taken from one account and a week later it had not appeared in my other account. Where is the money Stripe? This is robbery.

Please be aware of STRIPE when adding the credit card/ Apple Pay options to your invoices - they are the biggest pack of fuck heads I’ve ever come across - let alone a 1.7% charge on all invoices witch is a lot of money they receive! And on your first invoice they can hold it up to 7 -14 days so I Would not recommend using there cunts ! If you need help from then there support email ect are piss poor and take forever to reply to you and a lot of the time they actually don’t email back for days let alone reply on the email you have sent ‘ I like Xero but I definitely thing Xero should have more options to help Xero customers if that have trouble with stripe Maybe better option is myob Or quick books

Beware of Stripe!!

Absolutely shocking! BEWARE! Stripe does not verify merchants who use their platform. My bank account was scammed via Stripe by a dodgy company. Stripe told me to contact the merchant for a refund even thought the merchant did not exist because it is a scam. When I explained this to Stripe, they then said the scam company was no longer on their platform and I should contact my bank. My bank said Stripe had approved the transaction (which they absolutely did) and so they could not do anything. Back I went to Stripe to tell them this and their response was to continue washing their hands of the problem and said it was 'challenging times"!! Well guess what Stripe, your company is in fact the challenge!! I will never deal with you again and will posting reviews of my shocking experience of your product wherever I can.

Extremely Disappointed – Stripe Has Held My Funds for 4 Months!

I’m beyond frustrated with Stripe. They’ve been holding a significant amount of my money for over 4 months, and I’m still struggling to get any clear answers. I’ve reached out multiple times, but all I get are vague responses or no real explanation at all. There’s zero transparency, no timeline for resolution, and the customer service has been unhelpful at best. This has seriously impacted my business and cash flow. I trusted Stripe to handle my payments professionally, but this experience has completely shattered that trust. If you're a small business or freelancer who depends on timely payouts, I’d strongly recommend thinking twice before using Stripe. This has been a nightmare and I still don’t know when or if I’ll get my money back.

Integrates well

Integrates well and has reduced the number of late payments and customer chasing we had to do with previous invoice payment providers. Some customers we remove the link if we require a BACS payment to save on transaction costs. integrates seamlessly

A bunch of thieves - Worst payment processor

Have held our money for over 10 months now and are not giving us a clear reason. They just keep copying and pasting the same response below. To me, this means they will hold our customer payment indefinitely. How is this legal and what is the reason? These funds were for the sale of medical consumables do dental practitioners. How is that not permitted? If a balance still remains in your account after eligible payments have been refunded, it will not be made available to you. This is in accordance with Section 5.6 of "Stripe Payments" under "Stripe Service Terms" in the Stripe Services Agreement (since you are in a region outside of the US, this policy should be referenced alternatively under "Section C: Payment Processing Services" of your region's corresponding Stripe Services Agreement):
