ProSpend will enable your AP Team to manage a single or multiple Xero organisations with our Xero integration.

We are an Australian company and have full implementation and support teams based locally here in Australia.

ProSpend + Xero

ProSpend will export your approved expense claims and supplier invoices directly into Xero Bills, where they can be reviewed and processed by your AP team. All attached documents and receipts are also uploaded to the Xero bill.

Seamlessly access your xero bill and linked ProSpend claim from both systems.

Great solution for NFPs

If you are a NFP looking to automate your business spend this is the solution for you. It allows you to manage purchasing against budgets, simplifies expenses, automates AP and now you can issue virtual cards to your staff and volunteers. All back with strong approval workflows and full audit tracking to give you the complete picture.

With it's seamless integration to Xero, ExpenseManager has significantly reduced the time and cost spent on processing and reconciling our expenses & invoices. A key benefit to us was the ability to process different expenses across multiple companies from the one system. Another integration benefit is the data flow that goes directly into Xero. We would highly recommend ExpenseManager to those looking for a complete and local spend management platform.
