Excellent experience with Jinesh, always willing to help!

Jinesh, our onboarding lead, has been very helpful throughout the training sessions. He is highly responsive, and without his guidance I would have felt lost at times. He consistently reassured us and clearly explained how the integrations and other processes should be completed in detail. I truly appreciate his support. One star was taken off due to earlier advice from the sales team that our products could be synced and transferred directly into Cin7. However, this was not possible because we are currently using the tracked inventory function in Xero. As a result, we had to create a new list of products to import into Cin7, which took quite a bit of time, rather than having all information migrated automatically. That said, Jinesh suggested the best way to handle this situation, which helped save us time and reduce the overall complexity of the process.

Very happy with our onboarding consultant. There are some simple things a system should be able to do but no such luck with CIN7. Being able to allocate a SKU to a preferred supplier, being able to delete and SKU from a purchase order. We are a paid client of Foresight AI for over a year and the system is useless without being able to allocate a preferred supplied to SKU!!!!
