As a small engineering business, we were looking for a solution to organize our weeks do job cards and track where all our hours were going. the difference tradify has make for us is huge, now every hour is tracked and getting charged. no more loading job card into a spreadsheet system to calculate the cost then loading them onto Xero to bill out now it's just has simple as create invoice and send to Xero. it has saved a huge amount of office work and not small many late nights of paperwork.

I have been using tradify for all my buisness needs since January 2024. It is linked to xero so there is no need for sending invoices or purchase orders separately. It is fully linked so when no email an invoice to a client it ties up with Xero automatically. I can send electrical certs, shedule all my staff onto jobs, wrote reports, add photos or notes… I even have other contractors and letting agents using tradify that send jobs all through the same platform!! It has literally changed the way I run my electrical business and it took me less than a week to get rid of my paper diary. My only regret is I didn’t find out about this years ago!!

Tradify integrates great with Xero and saves a lot of time not having to duplicate Invoices etc..
