We have been using ApprovalMax now for a number of years for our properties. Some have a small workflow with a few people approving, and it's an absolute must-have for large businesses with complicated approval processes. My favourite thing is that I can customise the workflow with great detail if I want, so only exactly who I want to see it, sees it. It is extremely customisable to tailor it to your needs. Our accounts team is not located with our Properties, and this makes it extremely easy to ensure everything is approved appropriately before we pay a bill. It's flexible, so we can check in during the approval process to see where the bill is and speak to and prompt approvers as needed. It also tracks in detail everything that has happened with the bill, so that you know who has done what to it and when the bill finalises in Xero, you can set it up to bring across the notes into Xero to read them there. I would not have Xero without this product. Finally, the support team is always super fast to answer questions anytime I have a query so importantly there is no worry with receiving super fast support. Normally, I have an answer back within minutes. It's the gamechanger that takes Xero to the "next level"!!
