A great time saver with instant data on recurring invoices. Helpful for forecasting. Very versatile data manipulation with lots of drop-down grouping to select from, such as GST inclusive or exclusive, and data on invoice date or due date. Very handy!

We had a long-term issue of not being able to manage our recurring invoicing effectively within Xero. BeanBox gave us instant data and we have already started acting on this information and how to best use the data going forward. Absolutely loving the tool so far! Only just logged in, was expecting a good hour or two of set-up (which would have been okay, but practically a little annoying) and instead I was greeted with about three easy steps and your tool made me a full dashboard right out of the gate!
