We've just started using Unleashed with Xero integration and so far so good! Still working our way through familiarising ourselves with the system however I couldn't fault it yet. Our Account Manager Tyler has been great and quick to respond with any questions that have arisen, so onboarding has been a good experience. We're already starting to see the benefits of having complete insight into many corners of the business from one hub.

Mapping Issue Solved

Great system easy to use, just the odd product that does not sync from Shopify to Unleashed which takes up so much time to work out why? Unleashed live chat is a saving grace though. Parmeet from their team was very helpful!

Fantastic Speedy Service

Have reached out numerous times, and find the team always so helpful and quick to response. Ashton especially helped me out today with what I thought was a tricky scenario but he quickly understood and showed me the best solution. Thank you!

Great Service!

Can't fault unleashed so far, the service has been fantastic especially with Tyler during the onboarding process. He has been very reliable and patient while we transition to unleashed. The program allows us to do so much more than our previous processes.

Major flaw

Multiple Units of Measure are not available on Sales Orders. This has huge implications for pricing if you sell anything other than each e.g. carton. It means price tiers, quantity prices just don't work as they should. You can't create PO's from Sales orders if you buy in a different UoM than you are selling e.g. you purchase by the carton. As a result we end up rekeying many Sales Order. Unleashed have been promising this feature for more than 2 years. "I can confirm it's on our product roadmap, however, I cannot confirm when this feature will be released." There are parts of the software we really like but at the end of the day Sales and the ability to manage customer pricing is impacted by the omission of this functionality. We lose revenue as we cannot manage pricing effectively.

Hi Marcus Sorry to hear that you’re having some issues with Unleashed. We do have this feature on our development roadmap but it’s always a delicate balance to prioritise and plan all the requested enhancements. For the time being the best solution is to have two separate products for each unit of measure or to set a default conversion rate against the product.
