Multiple Sclerosis Auckland chose Infoodle to be our CRM provider after an extensive search of over 80 CRM database providers. We were extremely happy with the decision over 6 years ago and still are to this day. Infoodle are based here in NZ with a local support desk who are very quick to respond and attend to any queries or issues. Infoodle meets all our needs including both patient records and donor management which is rare to do both well. They are always looking to improve the CRM in response to user feedback. I could not recommend Infoodle and their team more highly. If you are a charity or a service provider looking for a CRM - go with Infoodle - you won't be disappointed!

We've been using Infoodle at this church for 9 years, and in my other workplace for about 5 years. I cannot recommend Infoodle highly enough. The integration with Xero makes donation receipting so easy, usually done in a few hours rather than days! Support from the Infoodle team is fantastic - I haven't yet had a query they couldn't sort out.

We are a new Infoodle user (3 months) following also becoming a Xero user last year. We only have the Gift Aid + package but the experience has been great. Set up and ongoing support first rate. We have used another package to manage our claims for some years but Infoodle is just another level. So straight forward and the Xero integration saves a huge amount of time. Definitely recommended.
