While it speeds up the process to a degree, to be able to compete with the likes of Dext and Apron, this piece of software really needs to be updated. I dislike the way that in Xero I can enter quantities to 4 decimal points but only 2 in Hubdoc. This small change would make things instantly easier for me to work with. However, this software really needs work to be able to extracting more than just the basic dates and invoice numbers. Extracting the line information would make this piece of software worth paying slightly more for in my opinion.

As an accountancy practice our time costs using this software are greater than with other platforms.

Great that this product is included with Xero, but it's not as user-friendly as other products.

I'm not an accountant, and the first few times I've used Hubdoc I don't find it very helpful or simple enough for a no accountant/ book keeper to use.

Hub doc is has help us a lot, automating our data capturing. The only function I think can help reduces capturing is the function to capture multiple line items.

It's an extremely useful portal for capturing so documents, however I feel that the duplicate uploads should be flagged before uploading or notify the user that a duplicate has been uploaded.
