When a report is removed, every expense on it returns to draft status so it can be assigned to a different report. Drafts are private to the person who entered them, which is why they left your view as the approver and went back to the colleague who submitted them. They can filter Expenses by Draft, assign them to a new report and submit, and the report lands in your queue again. Printing works as well: Overview, Generate Export, choose PDF. On the wait: your message reached us on Saturday. Paying customers get priority support and are answered the same day, including weekends. Free plan messages are answered in order during business hours, which is the queue yours landed in, and we then took longer than even that standard allows. Happy to reset your free plan limit so you can pick up the test where you left off, just say the word and it's done. I've also written to you directly offering to set up your team and the Xero connection myself, on a call, at whatever time suits you.
