Overview

Buildern is the complete construction project management and takeoff software for construction businesses. We help construction companies to streamline their operations with providing different modules such as estimating, scheduling, takeoff, project management , jobsite management. Construction companies can connect their account to Xero and 2 way sync their bills, invoices, cost codes , contacts.

Buildern + Xero

Construction companies connect their Buildern account with Xero, sync their projects, cost codes with Product and services, sync contacts and after that when they create bill or invoice in Buildern we sync them to Xero and when they are updated in Xero it is updated in Buildern.

Getting started

Sign in to your Buildern account using your Xero. Visit "Accounting integration" page to configure your Xero integration settings. Sync your "Cost codes" with Xero "Products and Services", sync your Buildern"Projects" with Xero "Customers" , sync Buildern "Subs and vendors" with Xero "Suppliers". After that when you create Bill or Invoice you have option to send it to Xero, every time you update in Buildern it will update also in Xero and when you update in Xero it will also update automatically in Buildern.

Buildern - awesome intergration

Since our business started using Buildern, we have become so much more effecient. Our business now only uses Buildern which intergrates with Xero perfectly. It has two syncing and doesn't continously drop out like other builders software does. Buildern has been a bretah of fesh air in administering our systems
